These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Merdan Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with our property management services, repair and maintenance coordination, and related communications, including SMS text messaging.

By providing your contact information and receiving communications from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not provide your phone number for text messaging or use our services.

1. Services

Merdan Management LLC provides property management services and coordinates repair and maintenance work between property owners and tenants ("clients") and contractors. We use internal systems to manage repair and maintenance tickets, assign contractors, and communicate regarding job details, scheduling, approvals, and status updates.

Communications may be sent via phone, email, or SMS and are directly related to active properties, work orders, or contractual relationships.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program Description

We send transactional SMS messages to clients and contractors regarding repair and maintenance tickets. Messages may include job details, contractor assignment notifications, requests to accept or decline jobs or offers (such as replying ACCEPT or REJECT), scheduling information, and status updates. Messages are sent only in connection with active tickets and an existing business relationship.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Merdan Management LLC does not charge you for receiving SMS messages; your carrier may apply standard SMS fees.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on activity. You may receive multiple messages per ticket, including when a job is created, assigned, updated, or requires a response. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. All messages are transactional and related to your property or work with us.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications. You may still be contacted by phone or email if necessary to manage your account or active repair and maintenance tickets.

Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Merdan Management LLC as described above. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. General Terms

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate contact information and to update us if your phone number or other details change.

Use of Services: You agree to use our services and communications in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect material changes. Continued use of our services or receipt of communications after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
